At Kashmakash, we take pride in delivering premium-quality garments crafted with care. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a request, please contact us via:

• Or through the Returns Portal on our website (if applicable)

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received
Kashmakash reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

Once your return/exchange request is approved:
1. You will be required to ship the item to our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria (3150)
2. Upon receipt, the item will undergo a Quality Check (QC)
3. If approved, your return or exchange will be processed accordingly

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
• Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after your return passes QC
• Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account

Shipping & Charges

• Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item:
• A clear video recording of the sealed package being opened is required as proof
• Claims without valid unboxing evidence will not be accepted
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Innerwear and thermals

Combos & Sets

• Items purchased as part of a combo or set must be returned together
• If you choose to keep one item, the retained item will be charged at its full individual price
